One of my best trips ever. In 8 days around the beautiful island with one day off in Ciutadella (highly recommended). Everything was perfect. Loved every minute. Organization was great. And when you stay in the hostel in Ses Salines. Rent a bike and go to Port Fornells having wonderful fish (and some drinks) in the evenings. It is worth it :-)
