Cami de Cavalls 360 have been fantastic from our very first contact with them, 8 months prior to our trip. They were attentive, and changed our itinerary to meet our needs and requests.
A WhatsApp group was set up by them a day prior to our arrival to ensure we could communicate well with each other during the walk.
The day prior to our start we met Joao at the office, he was very professional as he shared our route with us in more detail and armed us with a guide book, map and a bag to start our adventure. We were confident that if we required extra assistance at anytime that they would help us without fail.
During our walk Camí de Cavalls 360 were without fail on time for drop offs and collections, communication was great, enough to know where to meet or where accommodation was but not intrusive at all. Additionally our suitcases were always collecting timely and waiting for us at our next stop on the route.
Accommodation was all easy to find and check ins were simple with only the tourist tax to pay at each arrival. We did have one accommodation that did not meet our needs and we contacting Camí de Cavalls who were amazing at helping us source an alternative, also keeping communication great at this time.
Overall our experience was so positive. The team at Camí de Cavalls were without fail professional, kind and thoughtful. They showed how they loved their jobs and shared information about each stage with us. A special thank you to Arantxa, who went above and beyond for us and has beautiful English.
We will remember this trip fondly forever and thank you all.
