The Camí de Cavalls 360º booking includes the reservation of the accommodation required to complete the route. These are establishments we have selected taking into account the availability and offer at each stage finish point, as well as all the needs of participants on the route, both on foot and by MTB.
Camí de Cavalls 360º is a multi-stage route. As such, logistics are a very important element, especially accommodation. We know that participants value being able to spend the night close to the end and start of each stage, and we are familiar with the services they need to enjoy their overnight stay to the fullest. Night-time rest is a key factor in ensuring that the overall experience is truly satisfying.
Selection criteria
Menorca has a very extensive range of accommodation options. Thanks to our experience and our knowledge of the sector, the Camí de Cavalls 360º organization works with a wide variety of partner accommodations. These include hostels, apartments and aparthotels, agrotourism establishments, hotels of different categories, and rural hotels.
All of them offer the appropriate services to meet the specific needs of the Camí de Cavalls 360º activity and are endorsed by their experience in regularly hosting our participants. The selection criteria for partner accommodations include factors such as reasonable and guaranteed pricing, not being establishments controlled by tour operators, and the possibility of negotiating single-night stays.
Our partner accommodations commit to taking care of participants’ luggage, which is delivered by our staff during the stage, to providing a suitable space for bicycles, and to many other details.
Of course, one of the most important criteria for Camí de Cavalls 360º is that the accommodation is located close to a stage finish and start point, or in a location that allows transfers to be as short as possible.
Standard and Comfort
The different accommodations are grouped into two general categories, “Standard” and “Comfort,” depending on their price and the services they offer. “Standard” accommodations include apartments, aparthotels, hostels, and hotels of up to 3 stars, while “Comfort” accommodations include apartments, aparthotels, agrotourism establishments, rural hotels, and hotels of 3 stars or more.
These categories are purely indicative and represent a preference that participants are asked to indicate at the time of booking. When configuring the reservation, actual availability of a partner accommodation at the end of each stage will always take priority. Therefore, if there is only one accommodation option available at a stage finish point, that option will be offered regardless of whether participants had expressed a preference for standard or comfort accommodation.
Whatever accommodations are assigned, Camí de Cavalls 360º participants can be confident that they will enjoy a top-quality experience. In fact, all our accommodations receive ratings above 4 out of 5 in the participant satisfaction surveys at the end of the route!
