RACE BOOK

Bib pick up

The collection of numbers will be made solely on 03/12 in the Sala Multifuncional hall in Es Mercadal, between 16:00 and 19:00. The attendance of all participants at the briefing at 19:00 is essential for a successful development of the race.

Documents

All participants must show their valid identity card or passport to collect the bib.

Overnight and services

Showers facilities and special feed station

At the end of the stage, all participants can enjoy a special feed station (1st and 2nd stage) and take a shower (all three stages).

Physiotherapy and podology service

At the end of each stage there will be physical therapy and/or podology services for all participants. Those who contracted this service will be first in the waiting line. The availability of this service isn’t guaranteed for participants who have not previously contracted it; if there’s availability, they must pay 17 € per day.

Physiotherapy timetable:

  • Stage 1: from 11:30 to 17:00
  • Stage 2: from 13:00 to 18:30
  • Stage 3: from 11:30 to 17:30

Podology timetable:

  • Stage 1: from 12:30 to 17:00
  • Stage 2: from 13:00 to 17:00
  • Stage 3: from 13:30 to 16:00

BIKE PARK AND BIKE WASHING POINT

Available in the municipal sports center of Es Mercadal for all participants.

MECHANICAL SERVICE AT THE END OF THE STAGES

This service will be available at the end of first and second stages.

  • Stage 1: from 12:30 to 16:30
  • Stage 2: from 12:30 to 17:00

MECHANICAL SERVICE DURING THE STAGES

There will be a mechanical service point halfway through each stage in the following locations:

BREAKFAST AND DINNER

The dinner on days 12, 13 and 14 and breakfast on days 13, 14 and 15 will be served at Hotel Jeni, in the following hours:

  • From 5:45, breakfast for MountainBike & TrailRun modalities.
  • From 7:00, breakfast for Experience modality.
  • From 19:30, dinner for all modalities.

Gear check

All participants are allowed to check one backpack with personal items and extra clothes that will be transported to the end of each stage.

Bicycle transport

The bikes to be moved to the start of the stage must be left at the Bike Park (sports center) before 21:00 the day before each stage. This service is only available to the participants who have hired it. The bikes must have the bib number.

With daily departure from Es Mercadal for the participants who have contacted it in advance, with the following schedule:

  • 7:15 MountainBike & TrailRun modalities.
  • 9:00 Experience modality.
03/14
  • 6:45 MountainBike & TrailRun modalities.
  • 9:00 Experience modality.
03/15
  • 6:45 MountainBike & TrailRun modalities.
  • 8:30 Experience modality.

SHUTTLE BUS AT THE END OF FIRST STAGE

  • From 12:00 to 17:00 there will be a shuttle bus service from Migjorn Gran to es Mercadal for all participants.

AIRPORTS TRANSFERS TO/FROM ES MERCADAL

Service for participants who have previously contracted it. Those who have not hired it, could join one of the buses paying the corresponding price, provided there are free seats available.

Thursday, 12th of March
  • HH:MM Airport > Es Mercadal for participants arriving at HH:MM.

* Bus schedule will be posted the week prior to the race.

* Meeting point at the Airport: participants arriving at the airport will meet the driver in the bar of the arrival terminal. The driver will be identified with a poster of Epic Camí de Cavalls 360º and will arrive at the bar a quarter of an hour before the departure of the bus.

Sunday, 15th of March
  • HH:MM Es Mercadal > Airport for participants that leave with the flight at HH:MM.

* Bus schedule will be posted the week prior to the race.

* Meeting point at Es Mercadal: next to Mesón Galicia restaurant.
