Registration is only valid after payment has been processed, information of both members of the team has been validated and all terms and conditions indicated in the regulations are complied with.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
In case the registration is cancelled, the 80% of the total amount will be reimbursed if it is cancelled until the 31st of December, or the 50% if it is between the 1st of January and the 20th of February. Cancellations done from the 21st of February will lose the total amount charged. In case the cancellation affects only one of the members of the team, the vacancy will be open until the 20th of February to give the opportunity to another person to register in this team. This cancellation policy will be strictly enforced.
The Cancellation-insurance must be requested by email to [email protected] within 24 hours after completing the registration. It costs 10 € per person and offers the option of recovering the full amount of the registration -except for a management fee of 30 € per participant- in case of a justified cancellation until the day before the start of the race.
